Health Expert / Medical Specialist
You are a medical professional with experience in a medical field, have completed training in the health sector or are a student of medicine or a medical degree program and enjoy contacting people on the phone? Then support our team as a medical health advisor (m/f/d) for the 116117 – the medical on-call service.
With our performance for the medical on-call service 116117, we offer a comprehensive range of services: from the initial medical assessment to the referral to the right level of care, to the disposition (including driving service, ambulance service, telephone and video consultation by the on-call physicians).
Expert in telephone inbound consulting / call-center agent
You have experience in telephone consulting in the field of health insurance or inbound telephony of a telemedicine center or a call center? Alternatively, you have a completed training and/or experience in health care? Then you’ve come to the right place. Join our team as a Telephone Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for the appointment service for health insurances, statutory and private. With our appointment service, we offer a hybrid concept of analog and digital services for appointment placement with years of expertise and more than one million cases per year.
Healthcare visionary / e-health expert
Are you rethinking healthcare, do you see yourself as a “digital head”, are you an expert in German healthcare and/or an e-health visionary?
