Digitalisation without vendor dependency
Our Health Intelligence Platform Clinical Data Repository (HIP CDR) stores health data according to open standards and in a fully interoperable way. Data is separated from applications, meaning it can be used in all systems without any conversion. For example, hospitals are perfectly prepared to meet all interoperability requirements — such as those contained in the German Hospital Future Act (KHZG) — with the HIP CDR. What’s more, the HIP CDR eliminates persistently high costs due to complex interfaces as well as dependence on software vendors.

With Health Dialog (HD), we identify patients’ needs and advise them on the right options. Through the logical combination of our analogue and digital offerings, patient healthcare is improved independently of time and place and care bottlenecks are reduced. In addition to the medical on-call service (116117) and the appointment service for health insurance associations and companies, the range of services provided through our Health Dialog division also includes dialogue automation, identification of patient needs, and patient referral.
