Accessibility Statement

We aim to make our website vitagroup.ag accessible to people with disabilities. This statement gives you an overview of its current accessibility. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.

Our website is aimed at companies and organisations in the healthcare sector. In our assessment, it does not fall within the scope of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). We nevertheless publish this statement voluntarily, following the requirements of Annex 3 of the BFSG. Accessibility matters to us, especially as a provider of healthcare solutions.

On vitagroup.ag, we provide information in German and English about the Health Intelligence Platform (HIP) and its products, and about solutions for hospitals, health regions, research institutions and software providers. We also cover our services, our partner ecosystem, customer projects, news, events and career opportunities.

All content on the website is freely accessible and does not require registration. You can use forms to contact us, request a meeting, subscribe to our newsletter and register for webinars and events. Press releases are available for download as PDF files in the press section. Job vacancies and online applications are handled via the external applicant management system Personio.

The website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. The following content and functions are currently not accessible or not fully accessible:

PDF documents in the press section

Several older press releases are provided as PDF files without structural information (tags). Screen readers can only render these documents to a limited extent, for example without recognisable headings or reading order. On request, we will be happy to send you the content in an accessible format.

Embedded videos

On some pages, in magazine articles and for webinar recordings we embed videos. These videos currently do not have subtitles, transcripts or audio description. People with hearing or visual impairments can therefore use the content only to a limited extent. We are working on adding subtitles and transcripts step by step. On request, we will gladly provide you with the main content of a video in text form.

Third-party services

Some functions of the website are provided by external service providers. Our influence on their design is limited. When selecting these services, we pay attention to the best possible accessibility and review alternatives.

• HubSpot forms: The contact form, meeting requests, newsletter subscription and registration for webinars and events are embedded via HubSpot and only load after you have given consent in the cookie banner. We cannot currently guarantee that these forms are fully accessible. You can contact us at any time by email or phone instead (see below), including to register for events.
• Personio applicant portal: Job advertisements and application forms are hosted on an external platform provided by Personio. We cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have difficulties applying, you are welcome to send us your documents by email to jobs@vitagroup.ag.
