In a decisive move for its future, vitagroup Health Dialog has found a strong new partner. As part of a responsible succession plan for its former main shareholder, Dr. Hans-Werner Hector, vitagroup AG has transferred the Health Dialog division to Legian Investment Partner AG, a well-capitalized investor with deep expertise in the healthcare sector.
DMEA, Europe’s leading trade fair for digital health, took place from April 8 to 10, 2025. As every year, vitagroup attended again. Here are our highlights.
The first vitagroup HIP Summit took place on 18 February 2025. Global thought leaders from the field of digital healthcare came together in the impressive SAP Garden in Munich. At the same time, the Health Dialog Round Table focused on how regional healthcare can be designed as a hybrid.
