Das ist sein erkl\u00e4rtes Ziel. Bereits an Tag eins des Haupstadtkongresses 2019 besuchte er daher den Messestand der vitagroup. Ausf\u00fchrlich informierte er sich \u00fcber die innovativen L\u00f6sungen. Einen besonderen Fokus legte der Minister auf die vitagroup-L\u00f6sung NTx360\u00b0, das digitale Nachsorgeprogramm nach einer Nierentransplantation. Erprobt wird das Projekt derzeit in Niedersachsen und Bayern.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Spahn stellte detaillierte Fragen zu den L\u00f6sungen der vitagroup. Gro\u00dfes Interesse zeigte er beispielsweise an Comm4Care, der intelligenten telemedizinischen L\u00f6sung, die die Kommunikation und den Datenfluss zwischen Arzt und Leistungserbringern in der ambulanten und station\u00e4ren Pflege optimiert. Zudem informierte er sich \u00fcber die Zugangswege, also wie die digitalen Angebote der vitagroup den Patienten erreichen, und auf welche Barrieren die vitagroup beim Roll-Out ihrer Gesundheitsl\u00f6sungen gesto\u00dfen ist. Im weiteren Verlauf des Gespr\u00e4chs betonten die Experten der vitagroup die Bedeutung der vom Minister geplanten Regelungen des Digitalen Versorgungsgesetzes zur \u00dcberf\u00fchrung von Innovationsfondsprojekten in die Regelversorgung. Zum Abschluss adressierte Dr. Nils Hellrung \u2013 Experte f\u00fcr Interoperabilit\u00e4t und Head of Healthcare Professional Cluster der vitagroup \u2013 ein zentrales Anliegen an den Bundesgesundheitsminister: Dass eine verpflichtende Schnittstellen\u00f6ffnung der Prim\u00e4rsysteme (AIS und KIS) ein wichtiger Schritt w\u00e4re, um durchg\u00e4ngige Versorgungsprozesse zu Er betonte jedoch auch, dass die elektronische Patientenakte nur ein Baustein in der gesamten Architektur des vernetzten Gesundheitswesens sei. Dem stimmte auch Dr. Ludewig vom BMBF nachdr\u00fccklich zu \u2013 der Leiter der Abteilung Digitalisierung unterstrich in seiner Rede, dass es vielmehr darum gehe, sp\u00fcrbar entlastende L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Leistungserbringer und Patienten zu entwickeln. Hierbei zeigte Dr. Hellrung auch konkrete L\u00f6sungen auf, die das Pflegesystem entlasten k\u00f6nnen: Beispielsweise der virtuelle Pflegeberater der vitagroup \u2013 eine intelligente digitale L\u00f6sung, die mittels Chatbot-Technologie pflegende Angeh\u00f6rige jederzeit beraten kann und damit gleichzeitig die knappen Expertenressourcen, die reale Pflegeberatung durchf\u00fchren, entlastet \u2013 die Pflegeberater also unterst\u00fctzt, jedoch nicht ersetzt. Andreas Westerfellhaus, Staatssekret\u00e4r und Pflegebevollm\u00e4chtigte der Bundesregierung und Dr. Ingrid V\u00f6lker, Kongressleiterin des Hauptstadtkongresses 2019, besuchten den Stand der vitagroup. Westerfellhaus interessierte sich insbesondere f\u00fcr den TELEARZT, die telemedizinischen Versorgungsl\u00f6sung der vitagroup, die die haus\u00e4rztliche Versorgung vor allem auf dem Land verbessern kann. Im Rahmen der Aktion, plant die Bundesregierung Anfang Juni ein Mehrpunkteprogramm zur Verbesserung der Pflegesituation in Deutschland vorzulegen.
